2021 Legacy Christmas Light Parade
Legacy’s 7th annual Christmas Light Parade is back tonight! With over 1-million lights, Legacy will be one of the brightest places in Calgary for you and your family to enjoy this holiday season. Drive through the community, tour a decorated show home or bundle up and take a walk along the many lit-up streets, parks and through tunnels of lights. Our new arches will arrive next week and we will be adding the final touches in the next few days. We hope you enjoy the holiday season in Legacy.
Legacy Grass Master Contest
The Legacy Residents Association together with the Legacy Garden Committee is happy to announce the fist ever Grass Master Contest.
Have spotted a gorgeous, lush lawn in our community? Now there is an opportunity to recognize your neighbour’s hard work by nominating them for the title of LEGACY GRASS MASTER.
What can they win?
Frist prize and title of Legacy Grass Master – $300
Second prize – $100
Third prize – $50
How does it work?
Any resident can nominate a neighbours lawn by sending an email to info@legacyresidents.ca with your name and the address you would like to nominate. A garden committee member will then place a nomination sign on their lawn for the community to recognize who is in the running for the title of Legacy Grass Master. At the end of the season, judges from the Garden Committee will visit each nomination sign and the winners will be announced and awarded their prizes.
Contest ends September 1, 2021.
Christmas Light Parade
Legacy’s 6th annual Christmas Light Parade is back! With over 1-million lights, Legacy will be one of the brightest places in Calgary for you and your family to enjoy this holiday season. Drive through the community, tour a decorated show home or bundle up and take a walk along the many lit-up streets, parks and through tunnels of lights. This year, we’ve added over 200,000 lights, new figurines and twinkling Christmas trees. Starting November 16th, Legacy will be one of the best and brightest places to visit this holiday season
Baby Rhyme Time 11:00 am – 12:00
Come join us for Baby Rhyme time at the Crystal Creek show home, located at 307 Legacy Mount. This highly interactive free oral program for caregivers and babies incorporates rhyme, rhythm, songs and stories with the opportunity to stay, play and meet with other families. Offered for babies between 0-12 months with a parent or caregiver. The Legacy Residents Association (LRA) is excited to bring you this event, together with the Calgary Public Library and hosted at the beautiful Crystal Creek Show home.

Baby Rhyme Time
Come join us for Baby Rhyme Time at the Crystal Creek Show Home located at 307 Legacy Mount.
This highly interactive free oral program for caregivers and babies incorporates rhyme, rhythm, songs and stories with the opportunity to stay, play, and meet other families. Offered, three times during this winter, for babies 0 to 12 months with a parent or caregiver. Hosted in @crystalcreekhomes Show Home the Calgary Public Library and the Legacy Residents Association will be running this exiting event.

Come join us for Story time at the Park. Please bring a Hat and Water as this event takes place outside.
